HSW Embroidery Machine Dealer in Erode - VS SewingMachine

The sophisticated computerized embroidery machine controller is urgently needed in embroidery industry. In this paper, we designed a kind of scheme with dual-core processor to implement its function. The controller can be divided into two parts, the host computer part takes S3C2410X as its core controller, it fulfills function of network, graphic user interface and etc through transplanting embedded Linux and GUI software; and the lower computer takes TMS320LF2407A as its core controller, all electrical motors are under its control.HSW Embroidery Machine Dealer in Salem Results obtained in this work, demonstrate both the theoretical and practical possibility of designing this controller and provide a feasible method.

The wear of sewing needles is characterized by the changing of the size and shape of the needle, and the displacement of the needle axis relative to the vertical direction. Due to the wear of sewing needles, at high vibrations during the operation of the embroidery machines, there is wrinkling of the material on which the embroidery pattern is applied and breaking of the sewing thread can occur so that the embroidery machine has to be stopped. It is necessary to reposition the sewing needle with 6-10 stitch steps behind the trajectory to follow and the embroidery machine should be restarted. HSW Embroidery Machine Dealer in Vellore When the embroidering process restart, an overlap of the sewing thread occurs. Therefore, because of the wear of sewing needles defects appear on the embroidery surface of the product, the availability and thus the productivity of embroidery machines decrease, while the manufacturing costs are rising.

The team started to prioritize possible ideas for improvement of the machine (given by the authors) and put them into two categories nice to have and realistic to do. They divided their group into sub teams, selected a team leader and assigned tasks to each of the sub-teams. During the first week the students understood and documented the mechanism of the stitching process. At the end of this week they came up with the idea to build and program their own motor control systems: motor control for moving the stitching frame and for the needle itself. In this way they could bypass the software embedded in the machine which seemed to be in no way accessible to them. More Details The authors discussed this direction and decided to give up the idea of going into the software and follow the path proposed by the students instead. Because of the open-defined project this was alright and not such a big surprise. So, the authors put together a list of needed technical things to be ordered for use in the second week
